REST YOUR MIND ON WHAT WENT WELL TODAY...

Let's face it, it's really difficult to rest our minds--given the world we live in today--and life's non-stop debits. We need more "deposits!" This is why I created this reminder for myself and some friends who are really going through some hard times. It seems stress and overwhelm is how so many of us feel day-to-day--and sadly...it has become our "new normal."


O U R W E A R Y, R A T T L E D M I N D S N E E D R E S T.


It is my hope that my beautiful reminder (below) inspires you to "rest" your mind on all the good things that happen in your day--even the little things. I hope you take breaks, recharge your battery, and marinate yourself in gratitude...so you are supercharged to take on whatever life throws at you.


Just keep affirming these words upon waking, throughout your day, and when you close your eyes to sleep. I find that it really helps me do a "reset on my mindset."


"I choose to free my mind from the shackles of stress--and the overwhelm of life's uncertainties--now I rest my mind on what went well today."


AND DON'T FORGET TO TAKE A FEW DEEP, SLOW BELLY BREATHS WITH LONG EXHALES--because when you calm your body...you calm your mind. :)
